January Term 2020 Overview

Domestic J-Term 2020 includes courses in African-American & African Studies, Anthropology, Art, Commerce, English, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Global Development Studies, History, Leadership & Public Policy, Math, Media Studies, Music, Politics, Psychology, Religious Studies, Slavic, Sociology, Spanish, and Women & Gender Studies. Most courses are based in Charlottesville, but many include travel components within the U.S.

Dates: January 4 - 15, 2021

Enrollment Dates

Monday, November 11th for 3rd & 4th years
Friday, November 15th for 1st & 2nd year students & visiting students
Last day to enroll online is January 1

Faculty and Advanced Graduate Students may propose a course for a domestic January Term offering by completing this form
